At Hardy Alternative Health Services I believe in utilizing the power of touch as a
means for making positive changes in the female body both physically and
emotionally. I assist you through the use of Massage Therapy by helping
you relax, improve flexibility, recover from injury, and much more.
At Hardy Alternative Health Services I offer both relaxation and prenatal
and/or postpartum massage.
Some of the techniques that I offer include:
- Prenatal / Postpartum Massage - During pregnancy
the physical and emotional changes can highly impact your life and so I help
you to alleviate discomforts, improve circulation to combat fatigue and bring
more nutrition and oxygen to your baby, and aid in your relaxation so that you
can further enjoy your pregnancy. At Hardy Alternative Health Services I can
offer side lying massage to pregnant mothers, but can also give the
opportunity to get a massage while semi sitting and laying on the stomach with
our pregnancy massage table (there is a cut out for breasts and for the
abdomen - there is also an abdomen support so that mom feels cradled and
protected during her massage).

- Swedish / Relaxation Massage - Enjoy the relaxing
effects of a Swedish Massage with its long flowing strokes.
Price for one hour Relaxation Massage: $75
per hour for an outcall massage (by referral only) *
- Chair Massage - Chair massage is a
quick 10-15 minute massage in which the therapist will conduct the massage
with the client fully clothed. Oil is not applied, so that you can
quickly come in, enjoy the massage on your break or lunch and get right back
to business afterwards. Chair massage can be brought to your place of
employment as well.

- Infant Massage classes
- Learn the
power of touch. Everyone loves to be touched and studies have shown that
babies who are touch regularly grow and thrive much better than those who
aren't touched regular. Learn how to touch your baby, aid in digestion,
alleviate discomforts such as constipation, gas and colic, and also learn how
to communicate with your baby through your loving touch.
Price for Infant Massage Class: $30
