Massage Techniques for the Birth Partner
In the class birth partners will be instructed in how to utilize massage and touch to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy and also touch that can be beneficial during labor.  Birth partners will also learn proper body mechanics to save their backs, hands and body from hurting while giving the expectant mother a massage.  This will help him/her to be able to sustain a long and effective massage during labor (Each class is limited to three couples and classes fill up fast!!  Private classes are available for $50).

Infant Massage Classes
In the class you will learn how to utilize massage techniques to bond with your baby, relieve colic and emotional stress, create relaxation, increase body awareness, aid in muscle tone and growth, and much more.
