     At Hardy Alternative Health Services I care about you and provide the highest quality services to each and every person that enters my office.  I offer various types of massage that can meet the needs of both the pregnant and non-pregnant female.  Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage to soothe the stresses of the day away or an energizing chair massage to help rejuvenate you for the day ahead I am here to help (massage license #3819-046). 

   In addition I offer various birth related services that will cater to the mother-to-be and family from pregnancy to after the baby comes.  I offer various types of education - perinatal fitness education, as well as childbirth education to help the mother-to-be and her birth partner prepare for the birth.  I offer regular weekly childbirth classes, express classes for those who need to get classes done quickly, and hypnosis for childbirth classes (this class can be taken only as hypnosis or with the childbirth education component added to it).  After the baby comes parents can take the Happiest Baby on the Block class where they can learn how to calm and soothe even the fussiest of baby, or they can take infant massage to learn bonding, soothing, and relaxing techniques.  The best part is that all classes are either private or very small group with no more than three families in attendance so that everyone gets personalized attention!!

     In addition to the above I also offer labor and/or postpartum doula services to help the mother-to-be with that ever so important transition into motherhood.  With my services she is pampered and cared for through each transition of her pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum period.  I am there to provide her with that additional support that she needs and to also help enhance her birth partners experiences as well!!!
