In the hypnosis for childbirth class, families explore the use of hypnosis for relaxation and comfort both during labor and delivery and also for use after the baby has arrived  This class is also a refresher type childbirth class for families who have birthed before (class is approximately 2 hours each session and may go shorter or longer depending on discussion topics, participation, etc).

In the hypnosis for childbirth education class, families will learn about nutrition, the dynamics of labor and delivery, medical procedures, postpartum and newborn care while also exploring the use of hypnosis for relaxation and comfort during labor and delivery and for the use after the baby has arrived (class is approximately 3 hours each session and may go shorter or longer depending on the discussion topics, participation, etc).

• 5 week Hypnosis for Childbirth series classes / Refresher ($150)  
• 5 week Hypnosis for Childbirth Education series classes for first time parents ($200)
